Cancellation Policy
Mountain Ash Massage Therapy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or change the appointment. Exceptions will be made due to illness, injury or extenuating circumstances.
Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the equivalent to half of their appointment fee.Â
Repeat last minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the equivalent to their full appointment fee.
Cancelled appointments cannot be charged to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Direct Billing
At Mountain Ash Massage Therapy, Direct Billing is offered as a courtesy whenever possible. Please note that all insurance policies vary, and Mountain Ash Massage Therapy cannot determine what is covered under your specific plan. In some cases, your insurance provider may not permit direct payment to the clinic, so it is important to familiarize yourself with the details of your insurance coverage.Â
Direct Billing Policy
The client is responsible for full payment if your insurance does not cover your massage. Mountain Ash Massage Therapy cannot see what your available coverage is. Details relating to your insurance plan is the responsibility of the client. Any outstanding balances will be processed at the time of your appointment. Mountain Ash Massage Therapy can only bill one insurance company per appointment. If additional coverage is available an insurance receipt will be issued to the client to submit on their own behalf. A valid credit card must be on file in order to Direct Bill.Â
